汇款支付方式的常见合同条款形式
(1) The Buyer shall pay 100% of the sales proceeds to the Seller by T/T not later than Feb.14, 2018.
买方应最迟于2018年2月14日把全部货款用电汇方式预付给卖方。(装运前T/T)
(2) The Buyer shall pay 100% of the sales proceeds to the Seller by T/T within 30 days after the arrival of the goods.
买方应在货物到达目的地之后的30天内把全部货款用电汇方式付给卖方。(后T/T)
(3) The Buyer shall pay 100% of the sales proceeds to the Seller by T/T against the fax of B/L.
买方应在收到卖方发出的海运提单传真件后，把全部货款用电汇方式付给卖方。(装运后见提单传真件T/T)
(4) The Buyer shall pay 30% of the sales proceeds to the Seller by T/T before Jan. 12018，pay the balance by T/T against the fax of B/L.
买方应在2018年1月1日之前把30%货款用电汇方式预付给卖方，余款在收到卖方发的海运提单传真件后用电汇方式支付。(装运前T/T+装运后见提单传真件T/T)
